Hi, I’m Anubha. Welcome to Heartbreak to Harmony, a community for anyone who is experiencing romantic heartbreak. My goal is to make this your one-stop for all the resources and support you’ll need to heal yourself, rebuild yourself, and find harmony.
My own experience with heartbreak, divorce, and self-discovery led me through a humbling, painful, but ultimately very fulfilling process of change. Naturally, I can understand the pain you’re feeling. I get it if you feel like your world is falling apart and no one understands exactly what you’re going through. The uncertainty, loneliness, and confusion can seem unbearable sometimes. I know what it’s like to grapple with so many gnarly emotions while building a new sense of self. Please know that you’re not alone.
I’ve come out of my experiences not only a better person, but also intimately familiar with all the nuances and pitfalls of this journey. I had to wade through much conflicting advice, bark up many wrong trees, and hunt for adequate support to eventually find lasting healing. I want to ensure that you don’t have to struggle with the same things. With the right support and inner work, you will develop a new appreciation for life and emerge stronger, wiser, freer, and happier. Start by joining the H2H community to get valuable content and to stay informed about new offerings.
Get 1:1 support
In addition to my role as community-builder, I offer 1:1 support on emotional well-being, self-discovery, and love, dating, and relationships. With my gifts of empathy, intuition, and analysis, I understand exactly where you are and customize my guidance to make your journey as comfortable and rewarding as possible. (More about me.) My approach is all about being real and true. In a culture that diminishes the complexity of grief and often seeks black-or-white answers, I will honor the uniqueness of your particular story.
Unsolicited praise I’m so thankful for: (+ more testimonials)
Dear Anubha, thank you sooooo much for the amazing work today! You’ve cracked open my old habits accumulated in the past 30+ years, and showed me the path forward in such a caring and gentle way. I just realized how hard that work was and how brave you are to do it! Thank you for helping me on this journey of self-care. I’m really grateful. ❤
